Turkish breakfast culture is something else. There are breakfasts for every region, and the Turkish breakfast is an important daily ritual. A wide variety of local ingredients are incorporated into the meal; plate of tomatoes and cucumbers (Domates & Salatalik), a cheese plate (Peynir), the best known is the Beyaz Peynir (white cheese). It is a cheese similar to the greek Feta but creamier and softer, some honey with cream (Bal Kaymak), grilled sucuk (Turkish spicy sausage), olives (Zeytin), and jams (Reçel). Everything is spread on toasted fresh bread, traditional tasty Turkish breads.
Then comes the main egg dishes served in an individual casserole. There are 2 main dishes:
